gkk9 Terms & Conditions

The gkk9 platform is a digital platform providing Online Casino and Sports Betting services to users in Myanmar. To access the platform, you must fully comply with the terms set out here.

1.1 Age Restriction

Only players aged 21 and above may use the gkk9 platform. Account registration, playing, and making payments are strictly prohibited for anyone under 21. If gkk9 finds that a player has provided a false age, the account will be closed immediately.

1.2 Location Restrictions

gkk9 does not allow access from locations where online gambling is prohibited by law. Players are responsible for checking and complying with the laws and regulations of their own location before accessing the platform.

1.3 Platform Access

The platform can be accessed via a web browser. All costs related to accessing and using the platform, including data charges, are the player's own responsibility. gkk9 has no connection with any third-party applications that claim to be an official app for accessing gkk9.

2.1 One Account Per Person

Each player may open only one account on gkk9. If multiple accounts are found, all related accounts will be closed and any bonuses awarded and funds will be forfeited.

2.2 Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Your name, date of birth, and contact details must be entered correctly, and you must keep this information updated.

2.3 KYC Verification

gkk9 may request that a player submit their national ID (NRC), proof of address, and payment verification before a withdrawal or at any time. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

2.4 Account Security

You should not share your account password with anyone. If gkk9 finds that a third party is accessing and playing on your account, gkk9 has the right to restrict the account immediately. If your password is compromised, contact [email protected] right away.

3.1 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit — 20,000 Ks (for all payment methods)
• Minimum withdrawal — 30,000 Ks

3.2 Payment Methods

Payment methods currently supported on gkk9 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer. Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit. If you wish to withdraw using a different method, additional verification may be required.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Accounts with incomplete KYC verification or suspected suspicious activity may take longer.

3.4 Payment Verification

gkk9 may verify that a deposit is made from a payment account in the player's own name. Deposits from a third party's payment method may be restricted and the funds may be returned.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

gkk9 offers a 120% welcome bonus of up to 100,000 Ks for first-time depositors. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 24,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 44,000 Ks with a wagering requirement of 480,000 Ks. Deposit 180,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 100,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 280,000 Ks with a wagering requirement of 2,000,000 Ks.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Players who receive the welcome bonus must complete wagering of the bonus amount × 20 times before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. gkk9 has the right to decline a withdrawal request if the wagering requirement has not been met.

4.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Each player may receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Wagering requirements cannot be met through strategies that involve playing against another player (such as hedging or arbitrage) — if gkk9 detects such attempts, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Promotions announced by gkk9 may have their own specific terms and conditions, which must be read alongside these general terms.

4.4 VIP Rewards and Cashback

gkk9 has 5 VIP levels: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.7%), Platinum (up to 1.0%), and Diamond (up to 1.2%). Players can move up levels based on how often and how much they play. gkk9 will announce separately the actions, amounts, and timeframes required to qualify for VIP rewards.

Everyone who uses the gkk9 platform must follow these responsibilities—

• Keep your login credentials secure at all times.
• You must play on the platform yourself only — do not play on behalf of a third party using your own account.
• You are responsible for your own play and must accept that losses can occur before you start playing.
• Do not attempt to exploit bonuses through arbitrage for deliberate profit.
• You must not engage in match fixing or any action designed to limit betting volume.
• Do not attempt to hack the platform's code, software, or any technical components.

If these responsibilities are violated, gkk9 has the right to close the player's account and forfeit any remaining balance.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the gkk9 platform—

• Using any kind of software, bot, script, or automated playing tool
• Deliberately seeking out and exploiting technical vulnerabilities to predict game outcomes
• Engaging in any activity related to money laundering
• Opening multiple accounts to collect bonuses and combining play across individual accounts
• Using any form of communication that treats other players in a harmful way
• Copying and distributing the platform's proprietary data (odds, game data) without authorization

gkk9 follows good Anti-Money Laundering (AML) practices. As part of this—

• Player deposit and withdrawal amounts are recorded and monitored.
• gkk9 has the right to ask questions about the source of funds.
• Suspicious activity may be reported in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Payment verification related to the player must be completed before a withdrawal is processed.

9.1 Player Withdrawal

9.2 Termination by gkk9

9.3 Service Suspension

The service may be temporarily suspended due to technical maintenance, software upgrades, or issues with third-party service providers. Player balances remain safe during this period.

gkk9 is not responsible for losses arising from players' gameplay. By registering, players confirm that they understand and accept that losses can occur. For losses caused by technical errors or server issues, gkk9 will try to resolve them by consulting with the player, but cannot guarantee a refund on an individual basis.

If any dispute arises between a player and gkk9, the player must first contact [email protected] to resolve it. The support team will review the player's complaint thoroughly and respond transparently. If the issue cannot be resolved at that stage, gkk9 will reach out to the player to negotiate directly and will inform the player of the next steps taken.

Game results (RNG results) from gkk9's game software providers are considered final. To dispute a result, players must provide supporting data — results cannot be challenged without proper evidence and review.

gkk9 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on this page, and players who continue to access and play are considered to have accepted the updated terms. Players should check this page regularly.
