gkk9 — How to
Play Responsibly

Gaming should be a form of entertainment. At gkk9, we provide tools that let players stay in control, and we always encourage balanced spending and informed play.

OVERVIEW

Remember the right purpose of playing

Online gaming should be treated as a way to have fun, not a way to make money. At gkk9, we place importance on every player being able to set personal spending limits, take breaks when they need to, and get help when necessary.

This page explains gkk9's responsible gaming policies, ways to self-check your gaming habits, and how to stop if you no longer want to continue. Only players aged 21 and above may play, and player protection has been our priority from day one.

gkk9 strongly advises all players that gaming is not a way to earn income, that losses are possible, and that it is important to plan ahead so that financial stress does not follow.

TOOLS & COMMITMENTS

The protection tools we provide

Self-Exclusion

If you want to stop gaming temporarily or permanently, you can contact gkk9 support and request a self-exclusion. During the exclusion period, access to all games will be blocked.

Deposit Limits

You can set deposit limits by day, week, or month. Having a financial limit in place helps prevent excessive play before it starts. Adjustments can be made anytime through 24/7 Live Chat.

Time-Out

If you want to pause gaming for a while, you can request a Time-Out for a set number of days. Your account will be suspended for that period and cannot be reopened until the time is up.

Gaming History Review

You can check your gaming history — login times, games played, losses, and wins — from within your account. Reviewing your play regularly is a good habit to keep.

24/7 Support

If you have any concerns about your gaming, you can reach gkk9's 24/7 Live Chat in Burmese right away. You can also get in touch by email at [email protected].

21+ Age Restriction

gkk9 is a platform for players aged 21 and above only. If you know someone in your family or circle who is underage and gambling, you can report it to support immediately.

GUIDELINES

Responsible gambling practices

We want to share a few things to help keep gambling enjoyable. First — only play with money you can genuinely afford to lose. Chasing losses is one of the most common signs of a gambling problem.

Second — set a time limit for your sessions. Gambling is a form of entertainment, and if you play for 4 or 5 hours straight it can stop being fun and become a burden. You can use the Time-Out tool yourself to take a break.

Third — avoid gambling when you are drunk, on medication, or emotionally unstable. Your chances of making poor decisions are much higher at those times.

Finally — gambling is not an investment. Do not expect to make money from it. gkk9 is open about the fact that gambling always carries the risk of loss.

FAQ

Questions about responsible gambling

Self-Exclusion is a service where a player voluntarily removes themselves from gkk9. You can request it by contacting 24/7 Live Chat or emailing [email protected]. Until the exclusion period ends, you will not be able to access any games.

A deposit limit takes effect immediately once gkk9 support receives your request. To increase a limit, you will need to wait out a set waiting period. Reducing a limit, however, can be done right away.

gkk9 verifies age when an account is opened. If you know someone under 21 in your area is playing, you can report it immediately to [email protected]. Their account will be reviewed and blocked.

Only after the Time-Out period — for example, 7 days or 1 month — has ended can you contact the gkk9 support team to request reopening. It cannot be reopened before the period is up — this is in place to protect the player.

Go back and read the Self-Check section on this page. If you notice any of those signs, you can talk openly with our team via gkk9 Live Chat. We will help you work through it, and if you decide to request an exclusion, we will take care of that too.

No bonuses are available during a Self-Exclusion period — this is a protective measure. If you have only set a Deposit Limit, you can still receive bonuses on deposits that fall within that limit. See Terms & Conditions for full details on the 20x wagering requirement.
